Concorde is a modern English pear from East Malling in 1994, a Conference x Comice cross, for organic growing.

Hardy to USDA Zone 4-8, productive. Excellent resistance to scab and fire blight.

Grow in full sun with well-drained soil; pollinate with mid-bloom pears. Long, pale green-yellow fruit with russet patches, juicy melting flesh, and sweet vanilla flavor.

Excellent storage — lasts 4-5 months refrigerated.
